Sima Centred Coaching
The Sima Centred approach provides tailored, flexible and on-going coaching for people in senior roles. The programme consists of a series of six sessions over three to six months.
This coaching is results-orientated and works with you to deliver solutions specific to your role, organisation and context.
The programme helps you to develop your own and your organisation's vision, resilience and tenacity to succeed in tough times. It encourages you to know who you are and to lead with authority, astuteness, and authenticity. Your coach will work with you to further 'unlock' and release leadership potential in others.
