For those who have been through the ‘discovery’ of the sima 5 step and who have found the support helpful, we have this freestyle coaching programme. We offer ongoing strategic support on an ‘as needed’ basis. It is also for individuals who need coaching that is designed to cover specific objectives or areas of learning that need to be considered in some depth. This support can include, for example: conflict resolution, team development, group facilitation and change management issues.
