Jude has twenty years’ experience as a management consultant and executive coach with major PLCs and charities. She specialises in the SIMA® approach, providing executive coaching and management consultancy support to companies and individuals in career transition and development. She is particularly skilled at exploring political or conflict situations and working through difficult issues with people. She uses her expertise in motivational analysis, her facilitative approach and life experience to help clients explore their concerns, make strategic choices and move forwards.

She is the co-founder of Sima (UK) Ltd as well as a partner in People Management International, LLC. With a B Ed and a first career in English and Drama, she has transferred her skills into training design and delivery. She has co-developed all of Sima (UK) Ltd’s key coaching programmes, including the 5 Step Programme, the Who do you think you are? process and the young people’s mentoring programme, It’s InU2.

Jude has completed five years’ of postgraduate study in counselling, psychotherapy and the Gestalt approach to organisational coaching.

Jude has worked extensively in a variety of PLCs including BT, bp, Marriott, Lloyds TSB and GSK as well as a number of professional service firms including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and PwC. In the not for profit sector she has a long-term relationship with UK Youth, UBS and Bible Society. Jude also has considerable experience with the NHS and a number of Connexions Services.
